So I opened a bunch of the presents or whatever they were, outside in the crashed ship and PT got some good stuff.

Did uh.. Did anyone find something that seemed really meant for them? Maybe something a little fucked up?

Definitely meant for me, but not fucked up. I had to open five or six to find it. After that everything I opened was empty. Same for you?

Yeah I opened a bunch of random crap like socks and toys and nerf guns and then I got something that's definitely meant for me. Not to mention a collar that fits a wolf, which is pretty specific you know?

And yeah they were all empty afterwards. I guess cuz we got the thing that was for us maybe? Though how the fuck does it know?

Yeah, someone else's thing showed up in my room one day. But it wasn't really the same as this. I had Annie's glass scuplture, Garrus had my shirt from Hadriel.

I'm not sure if it happened to everyone, but it happened to me and to a few other people that I know of. A large enough number for it to not be a random coincidence.

Oh, something like, 2900 years ish, depending on your galaxy. But it's a little hard to tell. Humanity covers six galaxies now.

I used to think it was awesome that where I lived I could go out into the woods and see the arm of the galaxy up in the night sky. Would be even cooler if there were a whole bunch of them.

As many galaxies as you could count stars, probably. No one really knows. But the universe isn't small, it just expands forever as far as we have ever seen.

Life is as different in each planet as you'd expect too. Not that we have met many sentient alien species, but plenty of plant and animal life.

Might. But I'd feel a lot safer with one just in case. All I've got is a knife and a shovel, so if we do get attacked by aliens I'm not feeling real good about my chances.
