How could anybody make an exact copy of a person? Is that possible where you're from?! And why wouldn't you know, if you were one?

Where I'm from... sometimes the phaeries will replace an infant with a mimic of them, but that isn't the same. We don't have science, only magic.

I don't know if there's any way to figure that out scientifically, but it absolutely doesn't make you worth less.

As for whether it matters... I think you get to decide that for yourself. How much you want it to matter to your idea of yourself and your origins and who you are.

Should because you have the opportunity here, maybe, and don't want to miss out?
Should because you feel like you owe it to other people?
Should because somehow that seems like the only option?
There's a lot of messed up 'should's that are bullshit is all I'm saying.

I don't think you really understand.
I've been in a place where I died three times, and every time I came back I was still me, but not me. A slightly different me, every time.
I haven't had that much time to think about it before now, but maybe that's the reason I haven't gone home yet.

What if what I am now doesn't belong there anymore? What if the original version of me has already gone home, and this is all that's left for me? Never belonging anywhere, ever again.

I don't owe it to anybody. It isn't something to 'miss out' on. It might change everything, or nothing. I can't get it out of my head, and I'm terrified, but I need to know.

Depends on how the cloning process was implemented. Some methods leave clearer markers than others. It may be worth knowing for medical reasons, since some can also have significant side effects.

But let me make one thing clear: a life created through cloning is by no means worth any less than a life created by any other means.

I may not know your story, but you are a person, Poison, regardless of how you came about. Never let anyone tell you differently.
