It seems I've ended up in a rather interesting place somehow.
Well, since we'll be spending the foreseeable future together, how about we try to get to know each other a little? My name is Ritsu Shikishima, and due to various circumstances, I have no world to return to (if it's okay, I'd rather not talk about it). And so, I can't say I'm really in a rush to get out of here or anything.
What about the rest of you? What were your homes like? Or, if that's too depressing a topic for some of you and you'd rather not dwell on the past, how about some questions to break the ice?
If you were to describe yourself with an idiom, which would you pick?
What do you like to do in your free time?
What's your favorite location here?
You can answer any or none of the above, or tell me something else about yourself you'd rather talk about instead. I don't mind.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting along with everyone here.

He has, of course, considered the worst - but if it comes down to it, it's not like he isn't a fighter. And so, when the hour approaches, he makes his way to the dance club.]
Action
He looks the dude over. Pretty young looking, though that doesn’t mean the guy can’t be some kind of weirdo.]
What kind of music do you like?
no subject
Not the kind they've got blasting in here, that's for sure.
no subject
[Bro stops the music. Honestly he was looking for a reason to anyway.]
But I guess you take anything to take your mind off shit when you’re staring down the edge of the apocalypse.
no subject
[Says, of course, the guy who would want front row seats to the apocalypse.]
You wouldn't want to put on Schumann's Träumerei when you could put on, say, Frank Sinatra's My Way instead.
no subject
[Bro can agree with that. Why wouldn’t you want some music when everything comes crashing down. Whole place is raising up some noise, why not raise up some yourself.]
Just saying the shitty beats could be a symptom of the end getting here.
no subject
[A second person might be disturbed or annoyed by what Bro is saying, especially if they're fresh off the boat, but Ritsu isn't bothered. If this place is hurtling towards its end, Ritsu only hopes it has the decency to go out with a bang instead of slowly limping towards death in monotony.]
no subject
We’re pretty much just shifting through the rubble like interdimensional cockroaches.
no subject
So how'd it end?
no subject
[Bro gives the console for the music a slap.]
People don’t listen to shit Like this for fun. It’s for distraction.
no subject
[Though, what Bro's saying is certainly also possible.]
So why'd you ask to meet me here?
no subject
Like I said: wanted to know if you lifted bro.
no subject
no subject
Do you?
no subject
[You're clearly ripped as fuck and very fixated on the answer to this question. Now, do you want a lifting buddy or a dickwaving contest or what?]
no subject
Sure. Let’s go to the gym then.
[The guy is also way to friendly. Bro is trying to see if he can view any cracks, mostly by aggressively wasting the guy’s time.]
no subject
[That's your cue to give him a name, asshole.]
no subject
[Sorry Ritsu. You’re not getting shit out of him that easily.]
no subject
But fine; have it your way, Bro. He'll follow you.]
Say, why are you so interested in knowing whether I lift or not, anyway?
no subject
[Bro remains tight lipped. Adjusts his gloves a little bit as they walk.]
no subject
[But didn't you just pick the most memorable outfit imaginable, short something completely indecent?
It hardly matters how tight-lipped you choose to be. It's not as if there aren't plenty of other ways to glean information about a person. As a famous man once said, "He that has eyes to see and ears to hear may convince himself that no mortal can keep a secret. If his lips are silent, he chatters with his fingertips; betrayal oozes out of him at every pore."]
no subject
Sure man. When you’re in my profession you kind of have to show off the goods.
no subject
[Please. You weren't even willing to give him a name, and suddenly you're dropping your profession into this? Such obvious bait. Unless you're offering to be his professional trainer and follow this up with a sales pitch about how to get massive gains, he's not buying it.]
