Morning, Anchor.

There's a few of us walking around with coughs and colds. I'd like to say that there's nothing too concerning about this, but let's try to keep it that way. If you cough or sneeze, wash your hands with water and soap afterwards. Also before and after touching common equipment - this goes for everyone. I have some hospital-grade disinfectant soap down here in the infirmary, and I'll move a container up to the residential quarter.

If anyone is worried, or is feeling worse. Or if you start getting more flu-like symptoms, please come and see me.

Like I said, let's try and keep this to something just mildly irritating.

That always happens when people are forced into close quarters.

Maybe everyone should go through the decontamination showers again.

[ Ben appears in the video sniffling, nose visibly reddened from too many tissues, and he's got that slightly-glazed look that makes it obvious he's not in the best health. ]

It's been a long time since I had a body to get sick can you remind me what counts as a flu-like symptom that would warrant contacting you?

[ He hasn't got amnesia, he remembers what the signs of the flu are, he's just hoping that she'll give him a different answer and then his fever and aches will mean something else instead... ]
