Greetings. I am Loki, God of Mischief, circa . . . when humans lived in mud huts, I suppose. I hear the security breach is concerning and I have a possible solution.

These badges — [ and he daintily picks one up. ] — will hide you from these, ah, "cameras". They work against infra-red, heat signatures, etc. I believe the only thing they may falter against are soul-forges or . . . quantum field generators, I believe is the more technical term.

You do have to meet me personally to pick these up as I would have to tweak them to your unique signature. But it would offer you privacy against most, if not all, devices.

The place I was stuck before I got stuck here. It was run by these guys that called themselves gods? But they needed to leech off our emotions in order to get power so I dunno. It was weird and I kind of hated it. I ended up there right after I died so it was like double confusing.

Ah. I was in a place called Driftfleet where we were watched for amusement. Which is why I do not like the idea of supervised devices and am willing to thwart them.

Right, and I can't blame you for that. The cameras in people's rooms definitely need to go. I'm a little more iffy on the cameras in public spaces. They're kind of moot at the moment since we don't exactly have a security team of any sort, and there's that weirdo that was creeping around and spying on us with that equipment. I think we'd be able to use the same equipment to find out who's doing it, though, so I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to just tear everything down.

The issue of public spaces can be dealt with last. They would be the easiest to manipulate. It's our rooms that take priority. Forming a security team isn't a simple solution because it requires training at least.

Keeping the equipment around is certainly the best chance of following the lead.

I know of like one guy who was a cop where he's from, and another lady with a military background. Forming a security team isn't impossible, but we can come back to that one somewhere down the line maybe.

We have access to the security stations now, I'm sure we can figure out some sort of game plan.

The research and development labs. I mostly just use the space to make repairs and work on personal projects, though.

Not a whole hell of a lot. Just me and a couple other people use them regularly. Most other people hang around on the agricultural level tending to the plants and animals. Which is fine, I mean we kind of need food to live.

I have not worked in a lab in some time.
