So... few of us here have come from other places, right?
[She tucks her hair behind her ear and a few of the shorter strands fall forwards again. Annoyed, she puffs them out of her face with a quick exhale.]
I guess that doesn't matter, really-- Would you want to forget it all?
[Julie pauses, then adds some clarification.]
Where I've been, people didn't remember stuff after they left. Sometimes they'd come back and not remember they'd been there. Would you want that, or... would you want to remember?

We should go see if we can't find some.

[She doesn't need to think about it for very long.]
Yeah, sure, why not. It's been ages.

[It would be a nice surprise for them and their friends here in the dome, everyone could use a pick me up.]
I can go whenever you want.
[Not like there is a schedule to keep.]

[Given her reaction to the cake, he can probably get the idea that Julie has missed out on a hell of a lot in her life.]
There's some restaurants up near where the shops are, yeah? Maybe the freezers kept running.

[True and Yamamoto is all about helping his friends, even if it's just as something as simple as ice cream or cake, he wants to see them all happy.]

[Look, she knows he's damn fast, and maybe she's feeling like a bit of a challenge today.]

[And he is up and on his way out the door already!]

Still, she's going to try.]

It helps that Hayato caught him as he dashed out the door so he stopped a few moments to tell his boyfriend where he was going before taking off again. He is only a few seconds behind her most likely but Julie does win this race.
He jogs up chuckling with that wide smile for her.]
No way, you beat me! Nice!

Easy enough to find, after all. Most of the time she wouldn't need to dodge zombies to get anything.]
Yeah-- yeah... just gimme a minute. Fucking Christ.

Are you okay?
[Maybe he can help?]

[She waves her hand at him again, shaking her head while each breath struggles into her lungs on a wheeze.]
Stupid asthma.
no subject
[His brow stays creased worriedly, though he does stand there waiting for her to catch her breath.]
Can I do anything?
no subject
[It's been a while now since she had an asthma attack bad enough to send her to her knees.... and really, it's never been a luxury she's been able to afford. She stays standing, hands braced against her legs, and takes enough deep breaths that she's able to straighten herself up.]
See? [She's still wheezing slightly, but not getting worse.] All good.

[Maybe he should carry some brown paper bags too, do those help? He is not a hundred percent sure but he'd try what he can think of if it's needed.]
That's kind of scary, I've never known anyone who that happens to. [He smiles.] But I'm really glad you're okay!

[Julie can't remember the last time she had a full-on asthma attack.
She straightens up and wafts her hands in front of her face for a moment, then huffs out a sharp breath.]
Stupid, trying to race you here.
