hey so
in case anybody missed last nights shenangians
i have horns now
please dont freak out
yes they are real
no they dont hurt
they are supposed to be there and everything is fine

for anyone with further questions
particularly regarding why this happened or what my whole deal is
i would direct your attention to this video i made a while back
if you still have questions after watching that
then i will do my best to answer them

on a side note im starting to think long hair was an evolutionary mistake
and any desire on my part to grow it out was unmitigated hubris
that is all

[ She'll be waiting in her room as promised! Just kinda... sitting on her bed... half buried in a fluffy nest of curly hair. I ain't even exaggerating that much. Her new horns are only partly visible, poking out the top. ]

[She doesn't take long to show up, knocking on the door before she carefully opens it and peers inside. The sound that leaves her when she finally lays eyes on Ami is something akin to a startled snort, and she almost hits herself in the face with a brush in the act of lifting her hand to cover her mouth.]

Whoa. It's a good thing I brought more than one brush.

[ Ami smiles sheepishly. ] Yeeeeah. I want to say "Laugh it up, fuzzball," but I am the fuzzball. It's me.

[ She scootches forward to the edge, though, so it'll be easier to get at. ]

It's the texture that's throwing me off the most, I think. My old hair was really fine, and this is a lot thicker...

[Well, she wasn't going to say it, but 'fuzzball' really does underline the issue. She's never quite seen anything like it.

It takes her only a moment to shake off her surprise before she walks in and sets herself up behind Ami, just looking at the hair for a minute to figure out where she ought to start. She runs her hand over it, plays with it for a moment (bouncy) and then--]
